Pure hot yoga studio is a state of the art studio where students will be exposed to heat and humidity while practicing a series of yoga poses. The yoga series is designed to offer a comprehensive workout to the entire body and targeting certain internal organs and glands in order to flush toxins from our body. The poses force us to get into difficult postures, where we are constricting the blood flow to that area and when we release the posture, there is a rush of fresh oxygenated blood that aids in rejuvenating that area. This practice aids in repairing injuries in all types of people including athletes.
The heat and humidity allow us to access deeper stretches effectively without injury. With increased heat and humidity, our body starts to sweat and flush toxins out of our system. Through this workout, fresh, oxygenated blood is brought into every part of the body, cleansing and rejuvenating our entire system. Upon completion of the sequence, you will feel energized for the remainder of the day.
In the end, this is an amazing practice for the body, mind and soul.
Why Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is a series of postures performed in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40-50% humidity. The heat allows muscles to stretch and become more flexible allowing you to get into poses and postures more deeply and effectively without injury. The combination of heat and postures are specifically designed to give a comprehensive workout to the entire body.
During each workout, muscles, ligaments and tendons are warmed and stretched. Internal organs and glands are gently massaged and the heated room ensures that participants will sweat, helping them to flush toxins out of their system.
During this practice, fresh, oxygenated blood is brought into every part of the body cleansing and rejuvenating the entire system. This oxygenated blood also helps repair the body from previous injuries; which is why athletes of all levels are seeing the benefits of Yoga.
Students are often “surprised” at how fast their core strength is built and the amazing health that is rapidly achieved through a regular practice.
