A few words to describe my class…
I always to adhere to traditional principles of yoga. I am my most happy when sharing this life changing practice with others! My passion is to include proper Sanskrit posture names, correct alignment instruction, and good humour so that everyone can experience the bliss of practice for themselves!

When you are born, you are given the responsibility of taking care of one human being for the rest of your life. Yourself. Do this with forgiveness, compassion, and most of all, love!
