A Practice For ALL Levels

We offer a variety of class options for all yogis. Intensity and suggested skill level does vary depending on the type of class, however, we do welcome all practitioners and experience levels to come and join us for any of our classes.

What We OFFER

  • Pure Flo (HOT)

    An invigorating, dynamic class that combines strength, sweat and spirituality with the added element of music. This class links breath with movement as it detoxifies and heals your bodyYou will develop strength, stamina and flexibility leading you to empowerment. It will sculpt and tone the muscles of your body and your mind. Modifications and variations for postures will be given, allowing each student to experience the full benefits of each posture.

    TEMP: Hot (37-39 degrees)

  • Pure Fluid Flo (WARM)

    A great class for all levels, from beginners to more advanced practitioners! With less heat and more focus on breath work and alignment, this invigorating practice will have you sweating, but allow you to move mindfully through the postures, without being overwhelmed by the heat. This class will focus on strength, core and flexibility while incorporating lots of options to modify and simplify postures to allow any experience level to try new things.

    TEMP: Warm (32-34 degrees)

  • Pure Traditional (HOT)

    A series of 26 postures performed in a specific order. This class systematically works the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood, vessel, nerve and gland. This class incorporates strength, balance and flexibility and teaches you to ground yourself into each pose, stimulating your mind, restoring and shaping our body, mind and spirit.

    TEMP: Hot (38-40 degrees)

  • Pure Sculpt (WARM)

    Pure Sculpt is a mind/body experience that works strength, cardio, and flexibility. This class provides weights to help tone and strengthen your muscles and joints in both dynamic and static exercises. We will combine music, breath and movement while challenging you to push yourself to new limits. You will leave feeling stronger, happier, and lighter mentally in order to face any challenges that may present to you off your mat.

    TEMP: Warm (30-32 degrees)

  • Pure Yin (WARM)

    Yin yoga is an excellent introductory practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. As opposed to "yang" energy, which is masculine, vigorous, and moving, the "yin" embodies stillness, relaxation, and calm. In this class, we will use "yin" energy to open the deep connective tissues in the body, by holding poses passively for between one and six minutes. Breath and relaxation techniques are also used to help the body release into poses. This class is ideal if you are looking for deep stretching and relaxation. We will be using blocks and straps to allow you to ease into each stretch slowly and gradually. This class is a perfect antidote to stress and can be complementarity to other more active styles of yoga

  • Pure Yin and Yoga Nidra (WARM)

    In this non-heated class, we will move slowly and deliberately through poses to release tension in the muscles and joints and prepare the body for relaxation. You will then be guided through a 30-minute yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra translates to "yogic sleep". Through systematic relaxation, the body can rejuvenate and the mind be more still , allowing the brain to enter a receptive state. In this state, we are able to re-program limiting beliefs and create positive change in our lives. We will end with a very short meditation. All levels welcome. TEMP: Non-heated. Please note that it is encouraged to lie still for the duration of the Nidra practice. Please bring a blanket, pillow, and socks to allow for maximum comfort.

  • Pure Core (WARM)

    Our warm core class is designed to help you bring awareness, strength, and stability to THE most fundamental part of your body; your core! We all subconsciously use our core in our daily activities, we use it for every sport, it supports our posture, and promotes back and spine health. The stronger our core is, the stronger our mindsets and bodies are for everything else we do. Join us for a core-focused flow where we will incorporate strengthening techniques, stability postures, and sometimes props to assist the activation of every one of our core muscles!

  • Pure Happy Hour Flo

    Now this is the class to end your week! You never know what you’re gonna get! The teacher will constantly surprise you with this Happy Hour Flo. You may get a team teach class or you may get someone teaching to 80's, be ready for anything and know that you will walk out smiling and ready to celebrate your weekend! So get ready to have some “fun” with your practice as this class will kick it up a notch and allow you to "let loose" at the end of your busy week!

  • Pure Hips & Hammies

    Experience our Hips & Hamstrings yoga class, a slow flow session set in a warm room to deepen your flexibility and relaxation.  Focus on gentle, targeted stretches for your hips and hamstrings, enhancing mobility and balance.  Ideal for all levels, this class offers a rejuvenating practice that improves flexibility and relieves tension. Join us for a transformative and soothing yoga experience.

  • Pure Pilates & Core (WARM)

    A sleek blend of strength, sweat, and stretch designed to elevate your practice.

    Step into the heat and experience pilates at its most transformative. This full-body practice combines the precision of mat pilates inspired exercises with the revitalizing benefits of a heated studio, creating the perfect balance of strength, grace, and renewal. Set to the perfect playlist in a candle lit room, this is more than a class…it is an experience.

    Mat pilates will maximize flexibility and muscle activation with low impact movement, guiding you through precise, controlled movements that work every major muscle group to the point of fatigue.

  • Pure Dance Movement (WARM)

    Step into a space where movement becomes exploration.  Pure Dance Movement is a lightly heated contemporary movement class designed for non-dancers and anyone curious to experience their body in a new way.  Using yoga mats as a safe landing place, we will explore fluid, interpretive movements that encourage creativity, self-expression and connection to your body.

  • Warm Hips

    Unwind your day and melt into mindful movement with Warm Hips ~ an evening yoga class designed to gently open the hips, release tension in the lower body, and calm the nervous system through slow, intentional flow.  This class blends fluid, grounded, and strengthening sequences with deep stretches to promote mobility, stability, and to release in the hips, pelvis and legs.  

    This class is suitable for all levels and perfect for beginners.

  • Private Yoga

    Sometimes the most meaningful practice is one designed just for you. In a private session, we’ll tailor movement, breath, and mindfulness to meet your unique needs, whether you’re looking to deepen your flow, focus on alignment, or simply enjoy a quiet space to recharge. It’s your time, your pace, your practice.
