My journey to Pure..
I found Pure a decade ago as a girlfriend of mine invited me to a Buti yoga class and we laughed and stumbled the whole way through it. I was drawn into Pure by the warmth & kindness of those who work here and inspire you to keep coming back. That is the magic of this studio - the combination of a practice for self, taking what you need all throughout, while surrounded by community, with everyone looking out for each other both on & off the mat.

A few words to describe my class…
Whether it's a core or flow class, you will always find a little bit of duality - both the strength & the softness. Always rooted in yoga, there is the time to slow down, connect with what you need & move from that place. But there's also the push out of your comfort zone, the core song at the end & probably some Fleetwood Mac in the playlist.
