Loving, Intentional, Nurturing

My journey to Pure..
Movement has always been at the centre of my life. Long before I stepped onto a yoga mat, I lived and breathed dance. As a dancer and choreographer, I spent years exploring how movement can tell stories, heal, and empower people to express their most authentic selves. That path was deeply fulfilling, but it also asked so much of my body. When I experienced a tremendous spinal injury, I found myself searching for a new way to move, to heal, and to reconnect with myself. That search led me to yoga. What began as a form of physical recovery quickly became so much more. Yoga offered me balance, stillness, and a deeper sense of inner strength than I had ever known. It became a practice that supported both my body and my spirit. When I discovered Pure, I was welcomed with open arms. From the very first class, I felt the love, warmth, and safety this community holds. Pure has reminded me how important it is to create a space where people can feel supported on such a vulnerable and transformative journey. To me, Pure is more than a yoga studio—it’s a family. I’m so grateful to be part of this loving family that nurtures growth, connection, and self-discovery, and I feel so honoured to share this practice with a community that inspires me every single day.

A few words to describe my class…
In my class, we move with intention to balance strength, ease, breath, and fluidity. We focus on releasing tension and opening the heart. The practice holds space for self-discovery, connection, inner renewal, and personal growth—leaving you grounded, energized, and open to your own expansion.

Words to live by…
Human connection is the most precious gift.
